Regional Sales Manager
DIGIMAX North America is seeking a driven and motivated sales manager to help grow and drive our Philadelphia territory.
Our managers are SELLING MANAGERS – they must sell AND lead a team.
DIGIMAX North America is expanding and looking to hire experienced, hardworking sales pros. We are the global leader in Place-Based Media Advertising, and we produce superior motion graphic, after effects and HTML5 video advertising products.We provide state of the art advertising solutions for local businesses who want to reach customers who live, work, play and shop in their neighborhood.We provide superior register tape advertising for our clients, with their ads placed on the back of the receipt tape at major grocery stores throughout the US and Canada, to include to Kroger, Marsh Foods, and many others!
Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:
- B2B/Outside Sales & Prospecting Expertise, preferably in advertising
- Strong work ethic & negotiating skills
- Cold Calling Expert
- Ability to overcome Objections
- Self-motivating and able to work independently
- Strong desire to control your own future
- Available to start immediately and work Full Time
- Must have reliable transportation, cell phone, and Internet service
- Experience managing 1099 independent contractors and/or experience being a 1099 (Our RSMs are W2 employees, but the prior experience as a 1099 is helpful but not required)

- Highly committed, competitive and goal-driven professional track record of success in achieving sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and execute innovative approaches to selling product and services.
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned accounts, unless otherwise specified
- The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate and an action-oriented work ethic
